Stingray Jim's Mission:
To utilize the international interest in James Bertakis' amazing story of survival from a stingray attack to:
- Raise funds to help charities that specifically support children and seniors requiring physical or mental rehabilitation from birth defect, disease, or injury.
- By documenting his ongoing struggles and progress, Stingray Jim hopes to become an 83 year-old role model of determination, hope and encouragement for people of all ages who battle incredible odds.
